1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, downloading or using the Kurandaz mobile application, or using any related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to contract. Accounts for users under 18 are not permitted.
3. Description of Services
Kurandaz is a reward and engagement platform where users earn virtual coins through tapping, referrals, missions, and other in-app activities. Coins may be used to enter prize draws for physical or monetary prizes. Draws run on a recurring schedule (for example, monthly). Entry does not guarantee winning.
4. Virtual Coins
Coins are virtual credits without real-world cash value until redeemed according to published rules. Coins are not transferable or exchangeable for cash except where explicitly offered as part of a prize. We may adjust earning rates, balances, or rules where necessary to prevent abuse or to comply with law. Inactivity or violations may result in forfeiture as described in-app.
5. Prize Draws
Prize draws are open to eligible users who enter using coins as specified in the app. Entries are final once submitted unless the rules state otherwise. Winners are selected according to the published method (for example, random draw). Winners are notified via the contact information on the account. Prizes may be substituted with items of comparable value. Results are final subject to verification and these terms. Taxes, duties, or fees on prizes may be your responsibility where applicable.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly at support@kurandaz.com of unauthorized access. One account per person unless we say otherwise. Multiple accounts, account sharing, automation to earn coins, or similar abuse may result in suspension or termination.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Services in unauthorized ways; attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or circumvent security; commit fraud (including faking ad views or referrals); harass others; or use the Services unlawfully. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and forfeiture of virtual balances.
8. Advertisements
The app may show ads from networks such as Google AdMob and Meta. Rewarded ads may grant in-app benefits subject to server-side verification. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
9. Referral Program
Referral rewards are granted when referred users meet eligibility criteria we define. Fraudulent referrals may be reversed and may result in account action. We may change or end referral promotions at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, software, and content in the Services are owned by Kurandaz or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kurandaz and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) US $100 (or the equivalent in your local currency at the time of the claim). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country or region of residence. If you are entitled to bring a dispute in your local courts under mandatory law, those rights remain available. For users not covered by such mandatory rights, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms or the Services lies with the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, subject to applicable procedural law.
