Draw Terms & Conditions

1. What these terms cover
These Draw Terms & Conditions apply specifically to Kurandaz's monthly prize draws, in addition to (not instead of) our general Terms & Conditions. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms, these Draw Terms govern for draw-specific matters.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Kurandaz account to enter any draw. One entry-earning account per person; duplicate or automated accounts are not eligible and may be removed from a draw without notice. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Kurandaz are not eligible to win. Draws may be restricted or unavailable in some regions where required by local law — check in-app for current availability in your region.
3. No purchase necessary
Entry into every Kurandaz prize draw is free. Entries are earned exclusively through in-app virtual coins collected by playing (tapping, streaks, mini-games, referrals, and rewarded ads) — never through a cash purchase. There is no paid method to buy additional entries, and no purchase of any kind is required or accepted to enter or to improve your chances of winning.
4. Virtual coins are not currency
Coins are virtual, in-app credits. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be exchanged for currency outside of a specific prize won in a draw. Spending coins to enter a draw is a gameplay action, not a purchase or a wager of money.
5. How entries work
Each draw specifies its entry cost in virtual coins (shown in-app and on the Draws section of this site) and its cadence (currently monthly). Submitting an entry deducts the listed coin cost from your balance; entries are final once submitted. Entering more than once, where permitted by a specific draw's rules, does not guarantee a win — it only reflects additional eligible entries in that draw's pool.
6. Winner selection and verification
Winners are selected using the method disclosed in-app for that draw (for example, a randomized draw across eligible entries). Winning is a chance, not a guarantee — the number of entries in a draw affects the odds of any individual entry, and Kurandaz does not publish or promise specific odds. Once a draw closes, results are published with a public draw code, date, prize category, and outcome, so any user can verify a result without needing photos or personal testimony as proof.
7. Prizes
Prize categories for each draw are described in-app at the time entries open. Kurandaz may substitute a prize for one of comparable value where the originally listed prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where a draw explicitly offers a cash-category prize. Winners may be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with a prize, where applicable under local law.
8. Claiming a prize
Winners are notified using the contact details on their Kurandaz account and must respond within the window stated in that notification to claim a prize. Unclaimed prizes after that window may be forfeited and, where permitted, awarded to an alternate eligible entrant or added to a future draw.
9. Fair play
Entries obtained through bots, scripts, exploits, fraudulent referrals, or any other form of manipulation are void and may result in forfeiture of coins, disqualification from the draw, and account suspension, consistent with our general Terms & Conditions.
10. Changes and cancellation
Kurandaz may modify a draw's rules, prize, entry cost, or timing before it opens, and may cancel or void a draw where required by law, technical failure, or suspected fraud, in which case coins spent on affected entries will be restored to the entrants' balances.
